Today, I have written an article in English version about female hormones.

Locations closely related to female hormones and their roles.
Balancing female hormones is crucial for aging gracefully. It’s not just about appearance; it’s about overall health and well-being. Therefore, if you want to enhance your beauty, it’s essential to focus on balancing your female hormones.

”Where and through what pathways are female hormones (estrogen and progesterone) secreted in the body?”
”What are the negative physical effects that can occur when the function of the hypothalamus becomes imbalanced?”

The hypothalamus helps regulate both the autonomic nervous system and the endocrine system.
It is involved in many bodily functions, including metabolism, appetite, body temperature, blood pressure, sleep, and fluid balance.
The hypothalamus is also closely linked to emotional responses and is sensitive to both physical and psychological stress. Prolonged or severe stress can affect the hormonal signals involved in the menstrual cycle.

Examples of my hormone balance being disrupted over the past year.
Have you ever experienced delayed or irregular periods due to accumulated stress, changes in the environment, or excessive dieting?
I believe that most women have probably experienced it.
When I came to Malaysia in October 2021, my menstrual cycle had stopped for exactly three months!!
Previously, my hormone balance was in good order with a 28-day cycle, however, after I entered Malaysia in early October, my first period finally arrived at the end of the year!
I was extremely happy!! hahaha”
When you are in an unfamiliar environment or feeling stressed unconsciously, the hypothalamus will detect the stress.
That’s exactly what I was facing the problem at that time.

If you can imagine the significant impact that a disruption in this system can have, it becomes clear how important it is to address it.
Where and how are female hormones secreted from?
Let me explain where and how female hormones are secreted
1. The hypothalamus sends a command, “Please secrete hormones!”
Subsequently, the hypothalamus releases a gonadotropin-releasing hormone.
2.The pituitary gland, stimulated by that signal, secretes luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), which are gonadotropins.
3.That finally reaches the ovaries, where it causes the secretion of female hormones (estrogen and progesterone)
Female hormones are secreted through this process, so complex and sensitive.
It is natural that when the hypothalamus is affected by stress and other factors, the balance of female hormones can be disrupted, as the hypothalamus is highly sensitive to changes in external and internal conditions such as stress and emotions.

”Other Negative Effects of hormones imbalance on our body cause “ and
“What I am consciously doing every day to balance my hormones.”
I will write about these again later!!
