If you’re worried about sagging, start with your neck, head, and the area around your collarbones before working on your face.
One thing I never do is start by working directly on the face.
Let’s look at the Platysma.

The platysma is the muscle that becomes visible in your neck when you pull the corners of your mouth sideways and say “ee.”

It is a broad, thin muscle that extends from the lower face and jawline all the way down to the upper chest and collarbone area.
When this muscle becomes tight or weak, it pulls the lower face downward and contributes to sagging along the jawline.
To help reduce the appearance of a double chin and create a beautiful side profile, you need to address this area.
I specialize in creating beautiful side profiles through my method.
That’s why I always start with these surrounding areas before working directly on the face.
One simple way to work the platysma is to exaggerate the mouth movements for “ee” and “woo” while looking slightly upward.
