In 2024, my 24-year career faced its greatest test. Suffering from severe rheumatoid arthritis, I was in such agony that I could not even roll over in bed. The extreme stress and pain physically altered my face, leaving me unrecognizable to myself.
But I did not give up. I did not look for quick fixes. I returned to my roots in Physiological Anatomy. By applying my deep knowledge of the body’s internal systems and my athlete’s mental training, I successfully reconstructed my method to heal myself.
